Screw conveyor

TSO screw conveyors are used wherever the safe, rapid and dust-free transport of a wide variety of bulk materials is required.

Trough screw conveyors offer the advantage of easy access, while pipe screw conveyors are particularly suitable for conveying at inclined angles.

Individual design of the screw conveyor:

The type and size of the screw conveyor, as well as the inlets and outlets, the drive, and the geometry and pitch of the screw flights, are selected to meet specific requirements.

Standard features:

• Individual lengths up to approx. 8.5 m (longer lengths possible with intermediate supports)
• Sizes up to D800, flow rates up to approx. 500 m³/h
• Various sealing systems: gland packing, mechanical seal or special sealing systems
• Direct drive, with coupling or with chain drive
• Shape and pitch (constant / progressive) of the screw flights according to individual requirements
• Speed monitoring
